HOW CAN I ORDER?

Use our shopping cart system to pick the items you want. Then choose your payment method:
*-DIRECT CREDIT CARD ENTRY:Enter your credit card using our secure order form. Your card will be charged when you place your order
*-PAYPAL:Choose "PURCHASE ORDER" and we will email you confirmation so that you can send
payment to our PAYPAL account using the most secure respected online payment system in the world
*-CHECK OR MONEY ORDER BY MAIL:Send a completed copy of your order form with payment to the address below:

HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY STUFF?


NEED YOUR ORDER FOR THE HOLIDAYS?
JUST PUT THE WORD "HOLIDAY" IN THE MESSAGE BOX #2 OF THE SHOPPING CART WHEN CHECKING OUT
WE WILL CONFIRM WITH DETAILS WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS
> Orders usually ship anywhere from 2 to 17 days
We will send an email with usps.com tracking confirmation
when your order ships
We ship all items in stock immediately
and we automatically backorder items
when they are out of stock at no extra shipping cost to you
Due to the erratic reprinting schedule
of the tour merchandise we carry some
harder to find items may take
more than 17 days to ship
If this is the case, we will contact you by e mail
on a weekly basis and keep you informed on the status of your order

HOW DO I CHECK ON AN ORDER I'VE ALREADY PLACED?

Since not everyone is on our buddy list, we can't identify you by just your screen name.
Please make sure you give
Your real full name
Your zip code
The date you placed your order
How you ordered( email, regular mail, etc.)
A rough idea of what your ordered

If you cannot remeber all the details, just give us your name and zip code
and we'll do the best we can
We'll try to reply as quickly as possible, but please give us a reasonable amount of time to respond.

WHAT IF I'M A TYPE A PERSONALITY AND CAN'T WAIT LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE?

Become a Buddhist. Short of that, just send us an email or write the words "RUSH OPTONS" in the message box of the shopping cart form. We have different Rush Delivery Options to choose from.
There is a catch though...this service is not available if you're paying by check.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE MY STUFF DELIVERED TO MY DOOR?

Shipping and handling rates are based on the subtotal of your order, and where you live. Use the following chart to figure out shipping and handling rates. If you live within the US:
$00.01-$25.00 Shipping is $4.95
$25.01-$49.99 Shipping is $8.35
$50.00-$79.99 Shipping is $11.95
$80.00-$110.00 Shipping is $13.95
$110.01-$175.00 Shipping is $15.95
$175.01-$250.00 Shipping is $18.00
$250.01-$500.00 Shipping is $25.00

If you live outside the US:
The rates run higher, but depend on the country that you live in. In order to get an exact amount, place items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Before you pay you will be shown a total amount, including shipping. At that point, you could either continue with your order or cancel without being charged.

NOT THAT I WANT TO, BUT CAN I RETURN STUFF?

Pleae note that under US Postal Service security measures all returned items must be packed with the following information
clearly visible on the outside of the package:
1-Your name, address and zip code as listed on the invoice
2-Your invoice number from the top of the invoice
3-All items without these will be redused!!!
Unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise will be accepted for return up to 30 days after the ship date on your invoice (not nine months...you know who you are!)
The stuff must be received in resellable condition.
Returns that don't meet these conditions will not be credited, and will not be returned to you!
We do not reimburse for any shipping costs.
If you want an even exchange for an item, add $4.00 for restocking.
Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced.\
